Day 2

Day 2 went well! I didn’t feel light headed during the day, but I did a bit after dinner (it quickly subsided). It felt like a brief moment of fogginess opposed to feeling like I was going to faint. I felt quite full after dinner yesterday too, so I didn’t have a snack before bed, just some tea 🙂

Breakfast- Chia pudding with raspberries and almonds, Black coffee with a bit of unsweetened almond milk

Snack- Carrots

Lunch- Tumeric quinoa, leftover curried chicken and baked beets

Snack- Apple/ Carrot and peppermint tea

Dinner- Zucchini pasta with Kale pesto and cherry tomatoes with broiled salmon

Lemon grass tea
