Day 3

My energy has been pretty moderate today.  I have had some bouts of fogginess this afternoon and evening. I had some cravings today, mostly for chocolate and sugar, but I chose to eat an apple instead. Apples and chocolate nothing alike as it turns out, but that apple was delicious! I am feeling cranky this evening and would love a glass of wine……

Breakfast- Chia pudding with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and almonds, Black coffee with a bit of unsweetened almond milk

Snack- Carrot

Lunch- Turmeric quinoa, leftover salmon and zucchini

Snack- Apple, Carrot and ginger tea

Dinner- Chickpea Salad minus the cucumber plus avocado, salmon steak and roasted asparagus

Lemongrass tea
