Day 6

I’m at the half way mark!!  6 down, 6 more days to go 🙂

The weekend has presented many temptations for me being on the cleanse, but I have not given in and am feeling very committed! We slept in this morning which was nice, but since we got a later start to the day with eating, I found I wasn’t very hungry in between meals today.

We kept dinner nice and simple tonight, wilted spinach and garlic again with salmon, sweet potato and cherry tomatoes.

Breakfast- Hot quinoa flake porridge with blackberries and raspberries and some cinnamon, Black coffee with some almond milk

Lunch- Leftover curry from last night

Dinner-Wilted Spinach with Garlic, sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes and salmon

Lemongrass tea

Snack- Popcorn / lemon water
